Hammersmith & Fulham Council are tendering for a service to provide a sexual health promotion, prevention and support for Hammersmith and Fulham residents.
The provider will need to:
| • | deliver universal and targeted campaigns and literature aimed at reducing the transmission and acquisition of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) |
| • | deliver mixed universal and targeted support services aimed at reducing inequalities and improving sexual health outcomes |
| • | provide support and peer support groups to residents to address their needs for example chemsex or self-management for people living with HIV |
