MFT are looking for a full outsourced home testing kit provision for sexually transmitted infection (STI) screening. The service required must cover all the following elements:
| - | All kit consumables for the 4 different kits |
| - | Production of the kits for dispatch to the patient |
| - | Distribution of the kit including provision of a return postage solution |
| - | Laboratory sample analysis within an agreed KPI arrangement |
| - | Reporting of results into the electronic patient record at MFT |
