This soft market test will help Torus to ascertain whether there is an Employee Engagement Survey Scope to meet our requirements. It will also provide an opportunity for Torus to obtain insight into how potential providers might approach the delivery of the solution in question and gives a useful early insight into the likely level of interest in a proposed project from the market.
