NW2104 - Electronic Security Maintenance, Repair and Installation Services

Northumbrian Water would like to appoint a supplier(s) for the provision of electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services in the North, Essex and Suffolk regions. NWL are looking for a supplier(s) to provide maintenance and repairs covering CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Intercoms, Power Fences and Perimeter Intruder Detection Fences over the next three to five years.

Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL) deliver both regulated and non-regulated water and wastewater services, one of 10 such providers in the UK, to just under 4.4m customers, operating principally in the North East of England and Essex and Suffolk. There is an ongoing requirement for the provision of electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services in the North, Essex and Suffolk regions. The requirement is being tendered in 2 Lots - North and South.

Following the tender process, NWL would like to award a 3+2 year contract, with the aim of awarding a single contract to one supplier or a contract for each of the following lots -

Lot 1 - Electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services (North)

Lot 2 - Electronic security maintenance, repair and installation services (South)
