LHP103 Provision of the Inspection and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment and Septic Tanks

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is a greater Lincolnshire based housing association created in April 2018 from the merger of Boston Mayflower and Shoreline Housing Partnership. LHP is a charity regulated as a Community Benefit Society and a not for profit housing provider regulated by the Regulator for Social Housing. Within its housing stock there are properties that have no mains drainage connection available and are served by either a Sewage Treatment Plant or Septic tank. Currently, LHP operates a total of 53 Sewage Treatment Plants. These are currently a mix of aerated systems and biodisc system. It also has 19 Septic Tanks that shall require maintenance activities under this agreement.
