The Community Health and Wellbeing Facility is a new multi-agency facility developed within the newly refurbished Crown Buildings, with an aim to provide integrated community, health, social care and third sector services in a safe environment with accessible facilities, for all ages and abilities, which compliments existing service provision.
The intention is for the facility to managed and run on a day-to-day basis by a Managing Agent, overseen by a Steering Group
