F11602(M) Childrens Complex Care Meet the Buyer Event - Updated

Following on from our recent Request for Information (RFI), we invite the respondents and our wider community of care providers to join a virtual 'Meet the Buyer' event.

Hosted by commissioning colleagues of the newly merged NHS Hampshire, Southampton and Isle of Wight Clinical Commissioning Group, this will take place on Thursday 23 June 2021 from 2 - 4pm.

The newly integrated CCG, Hampshire County Council and other partners, wish to engage the market in developing the next contract model for the provision of Children's Complex and Standard Domiciliary Care, by setting out proposals for a contract framework planned to be tendered in 2021. We are keen to include small, medium and national enterprises, who can play a part in meeting the highly individualised needs of future children in our care.

The closing date for registrations is Midday, Wednesday 16 June 2021, though late registrations will be accepted up until Midday Monday 21 June 2021. However, documentation (eg indicative specification) and the MS Teams link for the event, will be made available to all registered organisations after Midday, Thursday 17 June 2021. Therefore, early registration is advised to allow time to read the documentation in preparation for your contribution on the day.

If you are already registered, login as usual and go to step 6 below, otherwise:

1. Click the "Register" link on the left-hand side of the page. (Registration is free)
2. Enter your correct business and user details.
3. Note the email address chosen and Click "Register My Company" when complete.
4. You will receive an email with your unique password (keep this secure)
5. Login to the portal with the username/password; you will be prompted to change your password on first login.
6. Hover your mouse over the "Tenders" button on the main toolbar and choose 'Current'
7. Scroll through the opportunities and select 'F11602(M)'.
8. Scroll down and click 'View Details' button.
9. Scroll down and select 'Express an Interest' button (this is purely to open up the next stage to access the registration form).
10. Download, complete, and submit the registration form via portal message on the Correspondence tab.
