Lot 1 Direct Payment and Employment Hub Service Lot 2 Managed Account and Payroll Service The purpose of the Tender is to identify a single suitably qualified organisation to provide each LOT, providers can apply to provide either or both Lots 1 (A) Direct Payment and Employment Hub Service and/ or Lot 2 (B) Managed Account Service. and Payroll Service.The Service will provide support, information, advice and guidance to individuals managing their own Personal Budgets as a Direct Payment; • The contract/contracts will start 1st October 2021 and be for a period of 3 years with options to extend up to a further 2 years
