description
To assist the Employer in ensuring:
- Compliance with the current Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and all other construction related statutory requirements and best practice.
- Compliance with the full requirements of the House's Combined Safety Policy and H and S Policy.
- Those delivering construction projects and works on behalf of the Employer understand their duties and fulfil their CDM Client Role through the provision of appropriate construction safety advice and support.
- Specialist H and S consultancy services are provided on a call-off basis to assist those delivering projects, the Construction Safety Assurance Team and where requested the Parliamentary Safety Team to manage all aspects of construction safety.
- Collaboration with others providing construction safety advice and support across the Estate.
