DHSC: Information Management Services 4 (IMS4):<br/><br/>The IMS4 Programme is the contract for the Provision of Information Management Services to the Department. The contract has been awarded to EntServ UK (Trading as DXC).<br/><br/>The new contract will replace the current IMS3 IT Services contract with Atos, which is due to expire in October 2022.<br/><br/>The new contract is for an initial 5-year term, valued at £36.17M and includes an option to extend for a further 2 years with a total contract value of £48.96M.
