In order to refine our requirements and shape a strategy for a potential formal tender process, the Council are undertaking early market engagement to consult with potential partners for the Spindles Town Centre Re-Development.
Objectives
The primary objectives of this early market engagement are:
| • | To share information in relation to this potential opportunity; |
| • | To ensure that the requirements are correctly aligned with current and best practice, are proven and affordable; |
| • | To gain insight and feedback on delivery options; |
| • | To gain insight and feedback on potential commercial and contracting arrangements. |
As part of this process, the themes Oldham Council would like to explore are:

| | Potential strengthens, weakness, opportunities and threats for each of the options; |
