NWSSP Procurement Services (NWSSP) in collaboration with the National Collaborative Commissioning Unit (NCCU) are considering a procurement exercise to combine the current contractual arrangements for Adult Mental Health / Learning Disability Hospitals and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services. This is not a call for competition. The purpose of this PIN notice is to alert potential providers of an opportunity to meet with NWSSP and NCCU at a virtual pre market engagement event on Thursday 4th February 2021, in accordance with the requirement of the Public Contract regulations 2015 as amended.

If the service decides to undertake a procurement exercise this will be advertised as appropriate at the relevant time. This notice is also an opportunity for any potential providers to submit requests for tender documentation in Welsh. Any requests for documentations to be provided through the medium of the Welsh language must be submitted by via email to david.makani@wales.nhs.uk by Friday 29th January.

If the procurement exercise proceeds then the contracting authority will be conducting the procurement on behalf of Swansea Bay
