Waste Management Services

Thirteen Housing Group (THG) owns and manages more than 33,000 homes from an area spanning North Tyneside to York. Our Head Office is based in Teesside and we have main offices in Stockton, Middlesbrough and Hartlepool.

The aim of the service is to develop a partnership approach with waste management contractors to deliver a successful and compliant waste management programme across the Group promoting best practice and a value for money service. We are also looking for how contractors can support THG to achieve ISO 14001 standard.

The contract will be split into lots but which will cover the following:-

THG intend to hold a market engagement exercise on Friday 7th April 2017 1:30pm to 3:30pm at our Hudson Quay Offices (directions attached) this will be an informal session to discuss our options and requirements and to help scope our tender documentation primarily for the Waste Transfer Station facilities.
