This Tender is for the provision of cleaning services for the Council.
The cleaning services relate to three core service uses:
| (i) | Public Conveniences |
| (ii) | Office premises |
| (iii) | Library |
Key objectives of the Tender are:
| (i) | To rationalise the current supplier delivery arrangements and ultimately the resulting contract management |
| (ii) | Assess the competitiveness of future service delivery through formally competing of the requirements |
| (iii) | Reset the commercial arrangements as currently in place based on updated specifications and standards |
