As part of W&F Councils Planned School Maintenance Program works are required to be undertaken to Sandgate (QKS Site) to include:
- Replacement of defective lightweight pitched roof coverings to address water ingress issues and replace with new Britmet LiteSlate lightweight roof covering on breathable roofing membrane;
- Replacement of facias and soffits;
- Internal reinstatement works to include repairs to defective plastered ceilings and decoration.
