MARKET ENGAGEMENT QUESTIONNAIRE FOR CAMDEN MENTAL HEALTH EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT SERVICE - 5 AUGUST 2016

The service will provide evidence-based interventions to support people with mental health problems to gain/retain paid employment or maximise their potential to work

The service will support Camden Council's Community Strategy vision to make Camden a ‘Borough of Opportunity’ by targeting deprived wards in Camden:

The new service will monitor the outcomes and wellbeing for those who have not been successfully supported into employment.

Before commencing the formal tender process, the Council wish to engage with providers to inform the service and the procurement strategy.

We hope your organisation will be able to complete and return the Market Engagement Questionnaire by the deadline provided.

The Council wish for as many providers of this service to initially respond to the questionnaire and to attend a provider market event in early October 2016.

Please can you assist us in ensuring the appropriate people in your organisation review, complete and submit the questionnaire.

Additional information: The purpose of the provider market questionnaire is to positively engage with providers who offer the services we wish to seek.
