The University of York ('the University') has published a prior information notice to provide potential bidders advance warning of the University's intention to award a framework agreement ('the Framework') for the provision of refurbishment and small works projects up to a maximum value of GBP 4 000 000 per project. The University wishes to award the framework to commence on the 1 January 2021, to run for a maximum period of 4 years. The University expects to commence the procurement in late September 2020. It is anticipated that the University shall use the framework to award a number of small works projects annually, with projects typically ranging from GBP 500 000 through to GBP 1 000 000 in value. The University anticipates the framework will be used to award approximately GBP 5 000 000 worth of projects per year.
