The works relate to the refurbishment of four properties . These properties are suffering with structural defects, water penetration and damp/mould.
Both internal and external works are required to bring these properties up to a lettable standard.
The scope of these works include:
Dealing with structural defects,
Thermal improvements,
Replacement kitchens,
Replacement bathrooms,
Electrical/heating works,
Internal layout reconfiguration, where specified,
Installation of an Air Source Heat Pump (in 4 Pages Lane only, which is a rural property)
