Growth Programme Newspaper articles 2020-21

Scope of Services

The Growth Programme communications team would like to procure advertorial space in newspapers and news websites covering Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to highlight Growth Programme projects funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and the European Social Fund (ESF). Specifically:

• December 2020 - March 2021, two articles per month in hardcopy and online. Each article to be approx. 500 - 600 words plus an image. One article will focus on ESF activity and the other on ERDF.

• April 2021 - Oct 2021, one article per month in hardcopy and online. Each article to be approx. 500 - 600 words plus an image. These articles will focus on ESF activity only.

The Growth Programme communications team will provide copy and images for each article.

Online coverage

Please detail which website(s) the articles would appear on, how long they will be available for and any other online options included in the price such as promotion on social media.

Analytics

We require reports on how many people have viewed the online articles and for how long in order to monitor their effectiveness.

Readership

The audience for these articles is the general public and businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Please provide details of the readership/circulation of your newspapers and website in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and details of your social media reach if this is included in your proposal.

The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk (DueNorth) to manage quote and tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system.
