TD1491 - Legionella Management Services

Derby City Council require a Legionella Management Service that provides a basic preventative service, i.e inspection and monitoring to assist and advise the Council to meet the requirements of L8 the Management of Legionella Bacteria, for a range of properties including Advice/Business Training Centres, Bus Stations, Car Parks, Childrens Centres, Community Care Centres, Day Centres, Libraries, Markets, Offices, Public Entertainment Venues, Residential Children's Centres, Residential Elderly Care, Shops and Schools. We anticipate the contract to commence 01/01/2020 and last for an initial 24 month period, with 2 options to extend in annual increments. We anticipate spend across the Council to be in the region of around 70,000 GBP per annum during the contract. This tender is being managed electronically. The "Organisation" field allows the organisation you are searching on to be chosen. Click the arrow to bring a drop down menu displaying the various organisations. Select 'Derby City Council', then click on the 'Update' button to return the results. This will then return all the opportunities that are applicable to Derby City Council. You can narrow the search further using the 'keyword' option. To view the further details of the opportunity, click the corresponding contract title and click on the Login and Register Interest button and login to the EastMids Tenders system to start the tender process.
