Provision of Prevention and Promotion of Mental Health and Wellbeing Interventions. The aim of the services is to promote mental health and wellbeing amongst the general population of Haringey and also amongst those at risk of developing mental illness and to reduce stigma and discrimination against those people who live with experience of mental health issues. We are looking for a range of providers who will be working together to deliver this programme across all ages and specific target groups.The Council will be using the Open Tender Procedure. It is intended that the Invitation to Tender documentation for this opportunity will be available during the week commencing 2nd March 2015 on the Council’s e-tendering system, Delta eSourcing which can be accessed athttps://www.delta-esourcing.com/delta Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of Most Economical Advantageous Tender (MEAT) based on Quality 55% Cost 45%.Tenderers will need to register on this site to submit their Tender Response. If already registered, Tenderers do not need to register again and may simply use their existing usernames and passwords. Tenderers will need to log in and go to the “Response Manager” and add the following Access Code: T8DZJR99W8 and follow any instruction provided there.
