Health Education England, Midlands and East General Practice Nurse Fundamentals Evaluation

NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of Health Education England - Midlands & East (the Commissioner) is seeking to procure a provider organisation [Provider], who will carry out an evaluation of Health Education England Midlands and East Workforce Transformation Programmes.

To optimise our offer to the health and care system Health Education England (HEE) has organised itself on a Midlands and East footprint, reflecting that of NHS England and NHS Improvement, to minimise duplication, maximise opportunity for collaboration and sharing of good practice whilst realising the full potential of workforce transformation investments.

HEE would like to invite expressions of interest via the collaborative to support HEE in the Midlands and East to determine compliance and report on workforce impact, alignment of course provision and return on investment by conducting an evaluation of the following workforce transformation programme:

• General Practice Nurse Fundamentals Course

Detailed requirements are contained within the ITQ document set which includes assessment criteria that each response will need to include.

There is a maximum of £15,000 (inclusive of VAT) available for this evaluation.

Additional information: The deadline for submission of completed ITQ responses is Wednesday 25 July at 12:00pm (midday). The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted. Therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time.

No Bidder, Bidder Member, or any of such Bidder's advisors, consultants or subcontractors may have ex parte communications with the Contracting Authority or any of their employees, advisors, contractors or consultants regarding the ITQ, the Procurement, other than as expressly permitted in this ITQ.
