Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of the Executive Head Teacher of the Churchdown Parton Manor Schools Federation invite suitable, qualified and experienced Building Contractors to carry the out the build of a new proposed Staff Room Accommodation at Churchdown Parton Manor School Craven Drive Gloucester GL3 2AG

The works will include, but are not limited to,

To erect a new single storey extension to the school within their existing court yard. The construction is based on traditional block cavity with external cedar cladding. There will be a flat roof finished against the existing structure. External landscaping to raise ground levels for accessibility to adjacent external doors and the new extension.

All associated Electrical and Mechanical service.

Data and communications installation are part of the works and the Principle Contractor will be required to carry out these works and co-ordination of all service contractors.

The award of contract will be the Most Economic Advantageous Tender received.

It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.

All tender documents must be uploaded to the portal by the due date as late returns will not be accepted.

Prior to the submission of the quotation it will be necessary for the tenderer to visit site, site visits may be made by appointment with the Place Partnership Building Surveyor Mr. Richard Willet Mobile: 077100 68905 Email: richard.willett@placepartnership.co.uk The site visits will be held on Tuesday 11th February 2020 - Between 10am to 13:00pm.

Tenders and supporting documents shall be in English and any contract subsequently entered in to shall be subject to English Law.

Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.

Tenders must remain open for acceptance, unless previously withdrawn for a minimum of 90 days from the date for the return of the Tender.

The contract will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2016

Contract start date: Monday 23rd March 2020. Contract End Date: Friday 12th June 2020

Place Partnership & Parton Manor Schools Federation reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
