Chelsea & Westminster Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking to award a contract for the development and implementation of an Innovation and Engagement Tool. The Trust is seeking to award a three year contract for this provision. It is envisaged that the contract will commence in late August/early September 2016. The aim is for a tool which is available as both a phone app and a desktop link which facilitates both staff engagement and innovation & improvement.
