description
The proposed work is to build 8 no. 2 bedroom assisted living bungalows and additional car parking spaces at Ventnor Close, Swindon. These low-carbon assisted living homes support the Council's Priority 1/Pledge 6: To improve infrastructure and housing to support a growing, low-carbon economy and Priority 4/Pledge 19: To help people to help themselves while always protecting our most vulnerable children and adults.
The works are to be completed by January 2023.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com
Contract Period
The contract will be for a period of 11 months commencing February 2022 as per the contract terms and conditions.
