Supported lodgings Service for Single Homeless People who are aged 16- 25 Years Old

The Metropolitan Borough Council of Sandwell is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced and competent Providers of Housing Related Support Services, for the provision of a Supported Lodgings Service. The duration of the contract will be 2 years from 01 August 2019 to 31 July 2021 with an option to extend for up to two additional years.

The contract will be for the purchase of 15 units of a Supported Lodgings Service for Single Homeless People aged between 16 to 25 in accordance with the contract (section D) which includes the Council's service specification for the provision of this service. The Council is seeking one contractor to deliver the service.
