The Growth Company Invitation to Tender for the Supply of a Digital Marketing Platform

Marketing Manchester (MM), part of the Growth Company (GC), is seeking to appoint a provider to supply a Digital Marketing Campaign Platform.

Marketing Manchester are delivering this project on behalf of the Manchester Accommodation Business Improvement District (ABID), a ground-breaking initiative, which launched on 1st April 2023. Led by the city's hotel and serviced apartment providers, it aims to create new events, improve guest welcome and street cleanliness and amplify marketing campaigns that drive overnight visits in Manchester and Salford.

The purpose of this project is to appoint a digital marketing platform to deliver a programmatic advertising campaign as part of the Q4 ABID Leisure Marketing Campaign, and build data and insights to steer future marketing campaign activity.

Key Objectives

The key objectives of the project are to:

A budget of £190,000 (GBP) exclusive of VAT has been set for the delivery of this service . This budget is from Year One of ABID activity, April 2023 - March 2024. Subject to funding, there may be additional years of funding available in the future, but we can't anticipate this value at the present time.
