Hartlepool Borough Council would like to invite tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations with the capacity to deliver emotional wellbeing support to parents living in the Hartlepool area. The purpose of the service is to ensure that parents have access to quality, timely and tailored provision, in line with a family plan.
