DUD - Dudley Disability Service Complex Needs Project / Complex Mental Health and Nursing Care Needs for Older Adults

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC) and Dudley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are seeking tender submissions for the delivery of a community service for people with complex needs.

The council believe that with genuine partnership and collaboration we can develop and innovate services for people with disabilities and complex needs to lead the life they want as valued citizens in their community. The service will be tendered in co-production with all stakeholders and will include competitive dialogue as part of the tender process.

To make this a reality DMBC and the CCG are providing an exciting opportunity to co-produce new support services for people with complex needs based on the outcomes they and their families have identified.

This is an opportunity for inspired and innovative organisations to work with Dudley, developing new and exciting ways to meet our customer's individual ambitions and goals. This may include different payment mechanisms, contract durations and other flexible arrangements.

The council welcomes submissions from well experienced organisation(s) to deliver supported living services for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. This tender is for care and support only, customers have their own accommodation. There are 5 Lots within this contract. Lots 1-4 is an opportunity based in four locations within the borough of Dudley. Interested organisations can apply for all four Lots or individual lots through partnership or through a Consortia. Lot 5 has no financial value and is for expressions of interest from providers only.
