Southend-on-Sea Borough Council invites electronic tender responses in relation to the setting up of a Framework for the provisioning of various types of training related to the construction industry. This procurement process is divided into 21 separate Lots, which are divided between 3 geographical areas. These geographical areas are Basildon, Southend-on-Sea and Thurrock.
