Quotation for the Provision of a Family Mediation Service for Young People at Risk of Homelessness

The Family Mediation Service will be co-located within the Housing Choice Service and will offer a bespoke service predominately for young people willing to engage in mediation and support. The service will develop a holistic approach to supply young people with a comprehensive assessment of their needs and provide advice on the housing options available.

The service will be provided through face to face mediation meetings, telephone advice, home visits, case management and monitoring of the service provision. The service will cover the borough of Sandwell.

The estimated value of the contract is £75,000.00 and the period of the contract will be for two years from 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2019.
