NHS Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of Lead Employer Arrangements for General Practice Specialty Trainees, Public Health Trainees and other Specialty Trainees - Health Education England, Midlands (HEE Midlands)

HEE would like to invite potential bidders to respond to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the provision of Lead Employer arrangements for:

Lot 1: General Practice, Public Health and Specialty Trainees in General Practice

Public Health

Sports & Exercise Medicine

Palliative Medicine

Community & Sexual Reproductive Health

Lot 2: Specialty Trainees in

Clinical Radiology

Histopathology, Medical Microbiology and Chemical Pathology Genito-urinary Medicine (GUM)

Across the Midlands as set out in this service specification. Bidders are invited to apply for one or both Lots.

The contract period will be for three years, with the option to extend by up to a further two years.

The maximum value over both Lots will be approximately £5,000,000 over five years, including VAT.

The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is Monday 1st February 2021 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted. The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted. Therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time.
