The Provision of the Design & Build of the Manchester Garden at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2020/2021

Marketing Manchester (MM) is tendering for the design and build of the Manchester Garden at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2020 and invites suppliers to submit a bid to respond to this contract opportunity.

Manchester is planning to commission a garden at Chelsea Flower Show in 2020.

Our plan is to create something unexpected, disruptive and bold which gets people talking, gets the city noticed, and which acts as a catalyst for a wider discussion about our rapidly changing, future-facing city.

You are required to make your tender submission via our In-tend e-tendering platform at the following web address: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/manchestergrowthcompany/aspx/Home

To use the In-Tend site, you are required to complete a basic registration as a supplier on the In-tend Supplier Platform. Please note that all mandatory fields (highlighted in yellow on the In-Tend Portal) must be completed in order to register your organisation.

Once registered, you must log into the system, express your interest in the opportunity on In-Tend and automatically download the Tender documentation.

The tender documents contain key instructions, specification and information for submitting your bid, and provide an overview of the tender process and key requirements. In addition, the Form of Tender and Marketing Manchester Limited Contract Conditions are enclosed.

Your tender submission must be returned by 17:00 Monday 23rd July 2018.

The contract has an optional extension period for a further year at RHS Chelsea.
