Tender for Fresh Water Burst Pipes

The Excavation and Repair of Fresh Water Burst mains and pipes, including breaking out and reinstatement. The properties consist of Housing varying in age of both traditional and system built construction and of low, medium and high rise.

The successful Contractor may be called upon to carry out works at short notice and the tendered rates should reflect this requirement.

The total estimated value excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract including is £174,000. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract.

The contract is expected to commence on 1st December 2017 and will be for a period of 3 years until 30th November 2020.
