Tender documents for: Internal refurbishment works at St. Catherine’s Health Centre to facilitate a relocation of Community Dental Services from Devonshire Park (to be completed by the end of October 2016).

Wirral Community NHS Foundation Trust is issuing an invitation to tender ("ITT") in connection with a competitive procurement of for the above works.

The ITT comprises the following documents:

Section A – Instructions and information

Section B – Tender Schedules (to be returned by Bidders)

Copies of these documents are available on the e-tendering portal used by the Authority for this procurement - Due-North

The response documents in Section B of the ITT must be submitted using the e-Tendering Portal by no later than 12:00Hrs BST on Monday 15th August 2016.

Since the works involve transfer of equipment bidders may require a site visit at Devonshire Park. The clinic is closed to patients each Friday so site visits may be booked for the following dates (mornings are preferable) through submitting a request through Due North.
