DBC (SF) Pre-procurement market engagement for Off-site Archiving

Off-site Archive, Destruction & Retrieval Service.

KEY COMPONENTS OF THE CONTRACT:

• oSecure and appropriate storage of the paper records
• oDelivery service for the return of records when required (both next day, same day delivery service)
• oSupply of barcodes and boxes in the case of new records to be stored (i.e. after an election)
• oA requirement of having off-site archive records exported in proprietary format / delivered electronically
• oCertified destruction of records on demand.
• oContract Management and performance monitoring
• oTransfer of existing storage to the new contract
• oFive year contract with option to extend by up to two years

The Council is due to re-tender this contract in the next few months, so we are looking at how the market can offer us efficiencies in the service.

To participate in this pre-procurement market engagement, organisations must submit their completed Supplier Document, together with any supporting documents, through the In-Tend system by the return deadline of 12 noon on 9 September 2019. You will not be able to upload documents after this date/time, so please allow plenty of time to complete the upload.

Any clarifications regarding this opportunity must be raised through the correspondence area in the In-Tend system.
