Construction work. Demolition of existing garages and subsequent design and build of up to 10 new dwellings across 4 sites. The sites are located at Newton Road, Hester's Way Road, Rowanfield Exchange (off Devon Avenue) and Ullswater Road. All sites are owned by Cheltenham Borough Council.
