NHS England-NOMs- Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Services to HMP Downview and HMP Send.

This is an invitation to ascertain if there are interested parties in delivering the following:

NHS England and NOMs are considering tendering to find a suitable qualified provider(s) to provide an OPD services to HMP Downview and Physiologically Informed Planned Environment (PIPE) at HMP Send.

For HMP Downview it will be a Dialectical Behavioural Service (DBT) with some specific case consolation, formulation and workforce development, at HMP Send the Preparation PIPE will be a newly mobilised service while the Post-Treatment PIPE has been operational for several years.

The new service is likely to commence on the 1st April 2017.

NHS England invites expression of Interest for this project. Can you please complete the attached questionnaire and return by noon on Wednesday 31st August 2016 to procurement@swcsu.nhs.uk . The information received during this process will be used to inform the procurement process Please note that this notice has been issued purely as an information seeking exercise and is not part of any formal procurement process. NHS England will not be liable for costs incurred by any interested party in participating in this exercise.
