The London Borough of Lewisham is seeking input from the market to establish the best way of packaging and scoping a potential procurement opportunity for the asset transfer of the Forest Hill, Manor House and Torridon Road library buildings. We invite third party organisations in the public, commercial, or third sectors to express their initial interest in the transfer. Please note that this notice is for the purpose of conducting a soft market testing exercise and a not a call for competition. It does not formally begin the procurement process or constitute any commitment by London Borough of Lewisham to undertake any procurement exercise.
