Gas, Oil & Solid Fuel Servicing & Maintenance (Domestic & Non-Domestic Premises) 2016 - 2019

The Havebury Housing Partnership is a housing association responsible for the management, repair and maintenance of almost 6,000 properties located within a thirty mile radius of Bury St Edmunds. We are currently seeking an experienced provider for routine servicing and maintenance of Gas, Oil and Solid Fuel appliances, reactive maintenance and/or planned replacement of specified equipment, providing a twenty-four hour (7 days a week) breakdown and emergency call-out service to Havebury's domestic and non-domestic premises.

The Contract is for a period of 3 years commencing on 1 June 2016. The contract may be extended by up to a further 5 years on a year by year basis, subject to continued satisfactory performance reviews and to provisions contained within the Contract for earlier termination by mutual agreement with the Supplier.

The Contract is a Restricted Procedure and will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender in terms of the below criteria:

Additional information: It is a contract condition that the Supplier for this project is and remains registered with the following organisations for the duration of the contract:

Gas Safe Register TM

Oil Firing Technical Association (OFTEC)

Heating Equipment Testing and Approval Scheme (HETAS)

National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors (NICEIC)

Electrical Service Providers Association (ECA) or similar approved organisation.
