Corporate Professional Services Framework

Corporate Professional Services Framework for Liverpool City Council & Associated Named Partners including other Merseyside Local Authorities covering Finance Related Professional Services & Legal Services. To further help define and develop our Procurement Strategy and support in the development of our service specification, Liverpool City Council are engaging with potential service providers of Corporate Professional Services (Finance & Legal) prior to the release of any official tender documents later this year. Those interested in this opportunity shall follow the advert within this notice and complete the capability assessment by the 9th November 2018.

The aim of this capability assessment is to gauge interest in this opportunity and to understand local and national capability and capacity to deliver these types of services to the local authority over the next 3-5 Years. This will support Liverpool City Council in putting together the lot structure for our Local Framework and will hopefully provide the council with a controlled and measured route to market for these services that provides overall quality and value for money.

Once we have engaged with the market and understand the types of Services that are available we will be holding a supplier day in November at the Cunard Building which will be used as a meet and greet day and will provide the Council with the opportunity of discussing the proposed lot structure and scope of the agreement. Details of this supplier day will follow.
