Guildford Borough Council is replacing heating plant within three of their properties, namely St. Martins Court, Dray Court and the Guildford Crematorium.
The plant replacement works for all three properties will be carried out under one multi-site contract with a view to completing the works before the onset of the 2016 heating season.
The age of the existing heating plant in each of the three properties is such that obsolescence of the individual components, and particularly automatic controls, necessitates plant replacement.
