Outline Station Development Plan for Stour Valley and Chase Line Stations

West Midlands Rail and Network Rail are looking to develop an Alliance to deliver a long-term improvement plan for stations in the West Midlands area. Initially, the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) wishes to appoint, on behalf of the Alliance, a specialist rail consultant to produce an outline development plan for 13 stations on the Stour Valley and Chase Lines.

Please note that the appointed provider will be expected to deliver the services against the separately attached terms and conditions.

Bids are to be evaluated on the basis of 50/50 price/quality and the deadline for submissions, via BravoSolution, is 1200 noon on Monday 27th March 2017.
