Provision of Land Agency services for the Banwell Bypass

North Somerset Council require the provision of specialist Property and land referencing services in relation to the design and build of the Banwell Bypass. These works include land agency services including, but not limited to, the following:

• producing land plans, including to support a Highways CPO;

• providing specialist land referencing and property services, considering the Highways CPO requirements, including negotiation, acquisitions, compensation claims and valuation assessments;

• liaising with the corresponding legal support partner;

• providing relationship management of landowners;

• supporting and assisting the project team throughout the planning and order making stages, including at public inquiry;

• supporting all other statutory orders and consents, including road classification orders, side roads orders and traffic regulation orders;

• attendance at project team meetings and any other meetings as required.
