CNTR0010251 - MapInfo Professional License Renewal

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of a renewal cost for its existing 225 MapInfo Professional Licences.

There is currently a project to move users to a hosted solution (Exegesis HBSMR database). Out of the current suite of 225 Node-Locked licences used for connection to an SQL database hosted at BCC, 3 of these licences are required to be converted to concurrent licences for access to the Exegesis hosted solution. Suppliers are asked to include provisions for this conversion; these licences are to stay within the current allocation of 225.

This contract will be for a period of 12 months commencing 01 01 2023 until 31 12 2023.

The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
