The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust requires the Provider to offer a UTC service at both hospital sites that delivers a robust service model for patients presenting at the accident and emergency departments with minor illness/ injury that, for a period of 3 years with a 2 year extension option. This contract provision must be mobilised by 1st April 2020.
