The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) is seeking to procure works to repair a road the HCA responsible for maintaining prior to transfer to the local authority.

The works generally include for repair to existing road ramps and general snagging items not previously carried out as indicated in the Works Information in Section 5 of the tender documents.

The specific CPV code description is road-repair works, 42233142-6.

Additional information: This procurement is being administered by Turner and Townsend on behalf of the Homes and Communities Agency.

The closing time for tenders is 13:00.

All discussions, meetings and communications will be conducted in English.

The contract will be subject to English law. Tenders and all supporting documents must be priced in GBP and all payments under the contract will be made in GBP.

Contractors must be licensed by the HSE and also be members of the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA). In addition to ARCA we also recognise ACAD (Asbestos Control & Abatement Division).

This procurement and award is subject to the transparency arrangements being adopted by the UK Government. These arrangements include the publication of tender documentation issued by the HCA and the contract between the HCA and supplier.
