To provide an external review of the internal ONR report on radioactively contaminated land remediation techniques. Phase 1 of the contract will be to conduct this review against industry guidance and information on remediation techniquest currently used and in development and identify any gaps or opportunities for improvements in the ONR report.
The output of Phase 1 will be a report to ONR detailing any further work necessary to provide ONR with a comprehensive report on the remediation techniques available for contaminated land in the nuclear industry.
