Breckland Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified landscape architect or urban design consultancy with demonstrable experience of public realm design, community engagement and place-making in historic places to prepare a Town Centre Masterplan for Swaffham, including the design and implementation of small-scale public realm enhancements.
