- All work is to be carried out to the details of Thirteen's specification and any specialist designs outlined in the tender pack.
The Priory court project consists of two separate elements - it is made up of works being carried out to 45 properties in total inclusive of the communal areas in each block and the community building which sits in the center of the development. The works include various component replacement works including:
Flats
- oFlooring Replacements
- oDecoration
- oDoor entry system
- oReplacement Doors
- oNew Building and HSE signage
- oReplacement kitchens (See attached customer list)
- oReplacement Bathrooms (See attached customer list)
- oReplacement Boilers (See attached Customer list)
- oNew Heating Distribution (See attached Customer list)
- oFull flat re-wires (See attached Customer list)
External Works - Flats
- oDecoration to Louvres at external bin stores
- oBrick work remedials
- oInstallation of PPC railings
- oCut back bushes and shrubbery (authorisation from PM required prior to works being carried out)

The successful contractor will be expected to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of the works within the contract time. All works must be completed, commissioned, fully snagged, and presented for hand-over inspection to the client prior to sign-off. All work must be completed by and achieved in full compliance and sign off in full by the end of December 2024.
The successful contractor will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service delivery throughout and provide a thorough and consistent approach to the works with a dedicated site team consisting of a full-time dedicated Site Manager, full time dedicated Assistant Site Manager or Finishing Foreman, full time dedicated Resident Liaison Officer as a minimum. Customers will need to be consulted with prior, during and on completion of the work to ensure individual needs are catered for and high customer satisfaction is achieved.
